Pricing questions

Is SignalPoint™ free for nonprofits?

The first SignalPoint™ is free for approved nonprofit accounts when the account email uses the organization's own domain — not a personal provider like Gmail or Yahoo. If the email is personal, the report is $150. SignalPoint™ is never free for partners or funders.

Do I need to pay before my account is approved?

No. There is no payment required to sign up or while your account is under review.

What does membership include?

Membership ($1,500/quarter) is available for partners and funders. It includes 18 SignalPoint™ credits per quarter and preferred VantageEdge™ pricing ($1,750 instead of $2,500). Membership auto-renews quarterly until cancelled. Unused credits do not roll over — they are forfeited at each quarterly renewal. After 18 credits are used, additional SignalPoint™ reports are $75 each.

Can partners resell white-label reports?

Yes. Partner reports are designed to support advisory work and client delivery. Your pricing to your client is your decision.

How long does delivery take?

SignalPoint™ reports are delivered in approximately 48 hours. VantageEdge™ reports take 5–8 business days due to the depth of practitioner review involved.

Does pricing include tax?

No. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing address, in accordance with applicable law. Prices shown on this page do not include tax.
